To Secure Your Booking
To secure your booking, you must inform
Book your Holiday of your request. A company representative will contact you to
discuss and finalize the arrangements and send you an itinerary for final
confirmation. You must confirm these details and pay the deposit, as discussed
in your details; to Book your Holiday by wire transfer or credit / debit card
(Visa and MasterCard, both are accepted).

Amendments by You
Any changes made to
the original booking are subject to availability. If the full payment has been
received and/or a voucher has been issued, no administrative fees will be
applied except on changes to tickets for air travel.

Payment/Booking Policy
We are offering a low
down payment of just 25% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel
room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services.
The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or
in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, therefore, your
booking will be a risk-free investment.

Payment by Credit Card
When paying by credit
card, according to our bank regulations, the following documents are required
to enable our accountant to charge your credit card for the agreed upon
services. These documents should be faxed or emailed to Book your Holiday or
given to our representative upon your arrival at the airport. Otherwise, we
will not be able to proceed with completing your request.
Document needed: A
signed authorization letter to Book your Holiday allowing the withdrawal of the
required amount from your credit card. The signature must match that appearing
on your credit card and passport.

Monthly Installments
Book your Holiday offers you a new payment plan that allows
you to pay your tours, Nile cruise, or other travel packages in monthly
installments.
You will pay an agreed upon amount every month, determined
by the total cost of the tour booked to pay the deposit in 6 monthly
installments leading up to your arrival. The balance will be paid upon your
arrival in the destination in cash or by credit / debit cards or you can pay
the full cost in monthly installments before your arrival in the destination.

Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Period)
Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to
provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be
canceled.
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges
will be applied:
● From the date of
booking until 31 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price
will be charged.
● Between 30 and 15
days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 14 and 1
day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and
international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at
the time of the booking.

Force Majeure:
Book your Holiday offers a very flexible cancelation policy
in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your
departure country and/or your destination. In the event of this happening, we
will be refunding you the amount paid for the tour package or in some cases
your payment will be available as future travel credit and travel voucher that
can be used towards any of the destinations we operate tours in. You have the
flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12
months. Reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits
automatically. Only flights’ cancellation/changing fees are charged, according
to the airline’s terms and conditions, and bank surcharges fees applied on the
deposit amount paid.

Holiday, we prioritize your well-being and safety above all else and for that
reason, we have adapted our cancellation policy to reflect our values.
Cancellation for Christmas, New Year and Easter Vacation:
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges
will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival
date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 50% of the
entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the
entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the
entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and
international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at
the time of the booking.

Black Friday Offers:
Black Friday deals will be available till November 30th on
our website. Offers are only valid on new inquiries made during the Black
Friday sale. Our Black Friday offers may apply on occasional and seasonal
holiday packages. Exclusions may apply.
·
Refunds
● A refund will
normally be made to the same account and using the same method which was used
for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for
an existing reservation.
● Refunds will be
done only through the original mode of payment.
·
Accommodation
Unless otherwise
stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms
for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate.
Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be
reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published prices are inclusive
of tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change
without notice.

Flights
(1)Domestic Flights:
We quote the average price of flights with approximate
timings. Requests for specific flight times or changes to previously booked
reservations may result in changes to the total price of the package.
(2)International Flights:
Preferred rates available from your origin to any
destination we operate tours in and your travel consultant will book you the
right flight to match with your scheduled tour just in time at very special
prices.

Responsibility
The company acts only as an agent for the participants in
regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other mode of
transport, and assume no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident,
delay, or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly
from any of the following causes: weather, acts of God, force majeure, acts of
government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes,
riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays,
cancellations or changes made by any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No
responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.

Special Requests
If the client has any
special requests, he should inform the company at the time of booking. The
company and its suppliers will try to satisfy such requests, but, as these do
not form part of the contract, the company does not guarantee to do so, including
for pre-bookable seats. If the company confirms that a special request has been
noted or passed on to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice
or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to fulfill it. The client will not be
specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The company does not
accept bookings, which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special
request.

Children Policy (A Child Share Parents’ Room)
• Policy 1: for packages, Nile cruises, and hotels
Under 2 years old: free of charge
Under 6 years old: 25% of total
tour cost for an adult individual
Under 12 years old: 50% of total
tour cost for an adult individual
All children 12 or older are
considered adults.
If your tour package includes
flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

Tipping
Tipping is customary for expressing one’s satisfaction with
good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise you to tip
as you are willing. This will be greatly appreciated by staff, but you are not
obligated to do so.
·
Complaints
If you have any complaints while you are in the destination,
please notify the company (Book your Holiday) immediately because most problems
can be solved quickly. If you feel that your problem persists, call the
Customer Care Manager while you are still on your tour; after you return home,
if you are still not satisfied with the service you received you must write to
the Customer Care Management.

General Terms of Use
A. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with
this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of
EGYPT.
B. EGYPT is our
country of domicile.
C. Minors under the age of 18 shall be prohibited to
register as a user of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the
website.
D. If you make a payment for our products or services on our
website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our
payment provider via a secure connection.
E. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records
and Merchant policies and rules.
F. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard
credit/debit card in EGP, USD, EUR, and GBP.
G. www.BookurHoliday.com
will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of
Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of
EGYPT.
H. Multiple transactions/bookings may result in multiple
postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
